DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Wherever possible we try to dispatch orders within 48 working hours from receiving the order and payment. However, it is possible that a book may be temporarily out of stock. So you should allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Muritai Publishing (Right Start Jobs) does not accept liability for delays or damage caused by delivery services.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with the books that you purchase from us, either by post, phone or via our website.
If you are not happy for any reason, you can return the product to us within seven working days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in original condition. In these circumstances we will refund the price you paid for the product plus the postage you paid to have it sent to you. If your return is for part of a larger order, we will refund the proportion of the postage charged for the item being returned. We do not refund returns postage costs.
No refunds will be returned unless we have received the item(s) in question.
Your payment will be refunded by whatever method you used when making your purchase within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
